Many conference sessions are available for download after the show to registered conference attendees, at www.nutraconference.com.

Children are not allowed to attend Nutracon education sessions. Children are allowed to attend SupplyExpo/ Natural Products Expo West education sessions if they are accompanied by an adult at all times. All children must have appropriate show badges. Keep in mind the education sessions are primarily an adult environment. Please use your discretion and be considerate of your fellow attendees. The use of noisy electronic games or music players is prohibited

While many speakers use handouts, some do not. If the speaker provides a handout to us, it may be available for download after the show on the www.nutraconference.com.

Your Nutracon registration includes access to the co-located SupplyExpo/ Natural Products Expo West. SupplyExpo/ Natural Products Expo West is a tradeshow and not open to the general public. For information on who is eligible and what business proof is acceptable please review the admission policies. 

Yes, your Nutracon badge entitles you entrance into the SupplyExpo/ Natural Products Expo West trade show floor, access to the keynote speakers, admission to dances/ parties and attendance at any New Hope or exhibitor-presented seminars that will be held during all four days of the Expo. See the most up to date schedule of events for more information.

The company handling hotel reservations is Travel Planners Inc. They provide discounted rooms close to the convention center. This service guarantees you a set rate and also puts you in a hotel within walking distance to the convention center or near a free shuttle that will take you to the convention center. To request a visa letter you must first register to attend the The Nutracon Conference. Upon completion of your registration you can request a visa letter on the registration confirmation page. As an added benefit for exhibiting at SupplyExpo or Natural Products Expo West exhibitors are eligible to upgrade their badge to attend Nutracon at a discounted rate.
