Indispensible to any organization, yet hard to find, iconoclasts do things that others say can't be done. He also looks at how to attract, nurture and manage iconoclasts in your company, while offering tips on how to structure teams of creative people and may even helps you become more of an Iconoclast yourself. Speaker — Brian Wansink
Prof. Brian Wansink, author of Mindless Eating: Why We Eat More Than We Think served as the executive director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion. Wansink's responsibilities at CNPP included oversight of the planning, development and review of the 2010 Dietary Guidelines for Americans and MyPyramid.

MyPyramid replaced the old Food Guide Pyramid in April 2005, and offers a personalized eating plan for people based on their unique traits.
