ANNOUNCING THE NUTRACON 2012 MOBILE APP!

The Nutracon 2012 mobile app is a native application for Apple devices (iPhone and iPad), Android phones, a hybrid web-based app for Blackberry, and there’s also a web-based version of the application for all other web browser-enabled phones.

Easy-to-use interactive capabilities to enhance your Nutracon experience:

• The Dashboard keeps you organized with up-to-the-minute info
• About Nutracon 2012 keeps all show information in one place
• Alerts allow attendees to receive important real-time communications from the show organizer
• Built-in Twitter feed to follow and join in on the show chatter
• Rate the sessions you attend and comment on them, too
• Attendees can locate table-top exhibitors they want to visit
• Use Community Photo to save and share your show experiences
• Connect with your colleagues with the Attendee list feature

Downloading the Nutracon 2012 Mobile App is easy!

For iPhone (plus, iPod Touch & iPad) and Android phones: visit your App Store or Android Market on your phone and search for ‘Nutracon 2012’ and download the mobile app as you would any other.

For All Other Phone Types (including BlackBerry and all other web browser-enabled phones):  While on your smartphone, point your mobile browser to http://m.core-apps.com/nutracon2012.  From there you will be directed to download the proper version of the app for your particular device, or on some phones, bookmark this page for future reference. 

To further enhance the networking opportunities of Nutracon, we are creating a digital yearbook where you can view the attendee list on the mobile app. This will enable attendees to break down the social barriers that sometimes exist at conferences and will further create a community inside our industry. We have been doing this for years at The NBJ Summit and know that attendees connect better and get more out of the conference when they engage.

You can help us in this task by insuring your information is current in our system. Please review your information below and log into your account HERE to make updates. We will be pulling the data for the app on Feb 29th, so all changes need to be made prior to that date. Also please provide your LinkedIn public account and a recent headshot to really make the most of this opportunity. These materials can be emailed to mindy@nutraconference.com. Can anyone download the Nutracon app?
The app is made available publically, however only Nutracon attendees will be given a username and password to access the application once it’s been downloaded. This will be emailed to you before the show.

What attendee information will be shared on the app?
Public information which is found on the internet including: attendee name, title, company, phone, email, picture, and LinkedIn profile.

Can any personal information be downloaded from the app to a computer and shared?
No. There is no way to download the attendee list from the app.

Where else is my information being used?
We reserve the right to publish your name, title and company online and in attendee emails.

Can I opt out of Nutracon releasing my attendee information on the app?
